Process

- Utilize the electronic signature button to give permission to perform your background check
- Make sure to select all of the schools you are registering for.
- Enter your credit card information in order to process your annual payment.
- Once your background check is complete (this usually takes about 72 hours), you will receive an email notifying you and directing you back to our website to continue your registration process.
- Complete the registration process by uploading the required documentation, which will vary depending on specific school requirements.
- Once your registration is complete, you will receive a final email from us. For those who are registering for the first time, you will then receive a Safer Schools Now ID badge in the mail within 7 business days.
